Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AERPOLICE, a product of AEREDIUM, collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email aerpolicereport@aeredium.io.

What we collect

When you complete the Agent Containment Index assessment and request your report, or use our contact form, we collect:

• Your email address, which you enter to receive your report and follow-ups.
• Your assessment responses, the agent type you select and the answers to the twelve questions, along with the resulting score.
• Contact details you choose to provide, such as name, company, and your message.
• Basic technical metadata such as the time of submission.

The assessment is scored in your browser. Your individual answers are only transmitted to us when you submit the form to unlock and receive your report.

Why we collect it

• To generate and send you your containment report.
• To respond to your inquiry and, where you have agreed, to send related follow-ups about AERPOLICE.
• To understand how teams assess agent risk so we can improve the product.

Consent and follow-up

We email follow-ups only to people who have ticked the consent box when submitting. That consent is recorded with a timestamp. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We do not sell your information.

How your data is handled

Form submissions and report emails are delivered through Resend, an email service that transmits the messages to you and to our inbox. Your data is handled according to their processing terms. We store leads in the systems we use to manage outreach and keep them only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. To make a request, email aerpolicereport@aeredium.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.
